Oh man! Where did the summer go?! We are in the final few days of summer before school starts. We are all excited about the newness of a new school year, new routine, new friends and more! I am looking forward to seeing what it is like to be an empty nester of sorts… having all my boys in school all day.
Not going to lie, I am pretty excited about the possibilities and quiet… and clean house I can enjoy! Ha! Although I will miss them and the adventures we can explore and enjoy together.
Fitting in fitness this week will be hit and miss. We will be enjoying the last bit of summer activities, back-to-school nights, soccer and football practices and playing with friends.
This week I plan to continue to focus on my nutrition. Always a work in progress.
My fitness plan is going to be a total #WYCWYC (what you can when you can) week. I am not going to stress about not fitting in a workout… but I am sure there will be moments when I NEED a run/workout.

Tuesday: Run/Walk with boys
Wednesday: 20x20Challenge Strength
Thursday: Solo Run!!
Friday: 20x20Challenge Strength + Bike Ride
