Happy Monday! I hope you are in good health and ready to rock this week! I am ready to rock this week, however I am still recovering from a pretty severe chest cold (walking pneumonia). My daily activities have been limited, and fitness regimen has been put on a temporary hold.
Even though I am unable to go out and run or do strenuous activity. I am focusing on the small things while I am recovering. I am focusing on my nutrition and still moving around. Transformation isn’t a future event…. it is a present day activity.

If you (or myself) want transformation to happen… you have to be willing to make the change TODAY!
Have a productive and motivating week!

Sorry that you’re still not up and going at full speed. Pneumonia is a tricky beast!
Glad that you’re using this time to focus on nutrition. When I’ve been unable to workout and have spent my energy cleaning up eating, the results are immediately obvious as soon as I get back to exercise!

Great job focusing on what you can do rather than on what you can’t. I wish you a speedy recovery!

I hope you feel better soon! Pneumonia is the worst. I had it this winter. What a drag. I love your quote today . . . such a good reminder!

Thanks for giving your ideas listed here. The other matter is that if a problem arises with a computer motherboard, individuals should not go ahead and take risk associated with repairing it themselves for if it is not done properly it can lead to permanent damage to all the laptop. It is almost always safe to approach any dealer of your laptop for any repair of motherboard. They’ve technicians who’ve an expertise in dealing with laptop motherboard issues and can make right diagnosis and execute repairs.
