Back in June, I was given this program to complete, try, and share with YOU! I completed almost the whole program before we moved. I have been incorporating her fitness program back into my routine and have really enjoyed the results that I am seeing.
One of the main components to her program is the ValSlides. These slippery contraptions intensify any plank, squat, or crab walk you do during your workout! They are amazing!
Her fitness program is straight forward and easy to follow. Each strength training plan is detailed with exactly the moves she wants you to cover and complete. If you want a bigger challenge … do heavier weights or another set. You have the freedom to do so in this program.
I think this is an excellent program to do for those who do NOT have access to the gym. The moves are all doable at home, using your own body weight, while using simple fitness equipment such as a band or dumbbells. I often found myself doing step ups using my kitchen chair!
When you follow her nutrition program and her fitness routine, you are going to see results at the end of the 21 days!
I did not follow her nutrition program fully, so my results were not as drastic as one who follows the program fully. However, I did find that my strength increased as well as my muscular endurance. I found that I was noticing a more taught body as well as some definition in my arms, core and legs. All positive things a woman wants to see when they view themselves in a bikini.
