Hi friends. This past week I fit fitness and family into my crazy schedule. Like most stay-at-home Mom’s… fitting in family & fitness are a juggling match. Last week, I successfully managed to fit in seven intentional fitness activities. Most of those fitness workouts were with my children.
What I did (fitness) last week:
Monday: 4.02 mile run (solo) & Pilates Class
Tuesday: 3.91 mile walk/run with the boys in the double jogger
Wednesday: 6.93 mile bike ride while pulling the boys in the trailer & Body Pump Class
Thursday: active rest (lots of play with the boys)
Friday: 7.41 mile run/walk while pushing the boys on the hilly river trail & Body Pump Class
Saturday: active rest (camping & hiking with the family)
My Fitness PLAN for this coming week:
Monday: Run & Strength
Tuesday: 5 mile tempo run
Wednesday: 4 miles easy & Strength
Thursday: active rest or cross trail (lots of play with the boys)
Friday: 8 mile LSD run
Saturday: active rest or cross train
