Tell me a little bit about your fitness journey
I used to get my kicks on crags and trails, but now I’m a runner, through and through. I’ve only been running consistently for a year, but 2011 was a heck of a first year – I ran 11 races, including 4 half marathons and my first marathon. 2012 has a lot in store for me, as well – I’m training for my second marathon and making a rock climbing comeback after a few years hiatus. I can’t wait to hit the crags again and feel the sun on my back.
What is your fitness LOVE?
Running. If nothing else makes sense, I lace up my shoes and hit the road. All is right when I’m running, and I know that the world will make sense when I return.
What is your ONE piece of fitness advice you find helpful to keep you motivated?
Anything is better than nothing, and even the bad workouts bring your closer to your goal.
