My oldest is on fall break this week, which means I have all three boys home. The added boy makes for juggling fitness, fun and family a bit more interesting.
In order to get my fitness in (while having family fun) I loaded the kids up for our typical morning walk. Instead this week it is all about strength and power. I pack T in the ERGO (he is 27 lbs) while push the big boys in the double jogger (weight 90+ lbs).
This mama is working hard this week to make family, fitness and FUN a priority. Sometimes in life, we just need to be flexible, compromise and just… GET IT DONE!
