Cardio: 3.19 mile walk while wearing T in the ERGO (~20 lbs) while pushing C&P in the double jogger (~100 lbs)
Evening Run: 2.04 miles in 19 minutes.

I am doing Level 2 for Push-Ups and Level 3 for Squats and Sit-Ups.
Push-Ups: 6 – 8 – 6 – 6 – 10
Squats: 13 – 16 – 13 – 13 – 25
Sit-Ups: 15 – 18 – 15 – 15 – 50
