When you open up the box, don’t be alarmed thinking there isn’t a whole lot of food for 3 days. The food not only tastes good, but it is super filling as well. Each day suggests that you add fresh vegetables and fruit to certain meals. This is a great feature that I like, because you are not only eating the pre-packaged foods but also fresh good for you fruit and vegetables.
I really liked the chicken salad kit for lunch on the go. It was perfect for those busy 20 minute teacher lunch days! In fact, I think I could eat this meal every day for lunch!
Yes. The breakfast bars and chocolate snack bars are pretty tasty too! In fact, everything in the kit tastes great! I was very happy about that!
