Holiday Fit List

I may not be a fashionista in the regular world… but in the fitness world I love all things fashion.  I love fitness gear, clothing, swag, and shoes!  When the opportunity was given to participate in the Holiday Fit List with Lorna Jane and Fit Approach, I knew I wanted to participate!

Because this post was sponsored by Lorna Jane, I received a free outfit to review and share with you.  I will say that the material and style of the outfit was stylish.  However, the outfit that was sent for me to review was too small and not my fitness style.  However, just because that may be the case, doesn’t mean that I wasn’t impressed with the quality of the product or still eyeing the catalog for a few other items for me to wear!

Green Monster

Ingredients

  • 2 cups leafy greens (spinach, kale or rainbow chard)
  • 2 sticks of celery
  • small bunch of parsley
  • ½ continental cucumber
  • 1 green apple
  • 2 oranges
  • 250ml coconut water

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
  3. For a creamier smoothie add an avocado or banana
