Today’s writing prompt for the Fitness and Healthy Living Blogger Writing challenge is, How have you changed the past two years?

Two years ago, I was the mom to a 4, 2 and 9 month old.  Life was a crazy blur.

Two years ago, I did a LOT of snuggling, nursing and loving on this chunky monkey!

Two years ago, I was trying to lose the baby weight while adjusting to life with three little boys.  My world was flipped upside down.  I was in a fog.  There were (and still are) days where I was struggling to stay a float.

Two years ago is when I decided to make a change for myself and my family.  I was going to focus on me and get healthy for everyone (me and my family).

Two years ago I started to buckle down and really really focus on the health and fitness journey.  Two years ago, August 2010, I had lost almost all my pregnancy weight.

The above photo is me two August summers ago.  I have changed since then… both physically and spiritually.  My fitness and weight loss goals have changed.  I have changed. 

It is amazing how much one can change in just two short years!
