It is that time of year again in the blogging world where 5 Minutes for Mom likes to throw this massive, Ultimate Blog Party!  Each year they host a party introducing bloggers to other bloggers… and people to new and fun blogs!  I am not the only running mom blog on the web… but I think Running Rachel is pretty darn special. I am glad you decided to stop by!!

I’m Rachel, a married never-at-home stay-at-home Mom to three little boys ages 6 and under. I am a perfectly imperfect servant of Christ. I love all things faith, fitness, family, friendships and coffee!

What will you find on Running Rachel?

I share my adventures as I run through life one day at a time. I would consider this a Mommy Blog who blogs about faith, family, fitness and fun. Being a mom of three small boys is often hilarious and always an adventure.

Running for Faith: I am a servant of Christ. I am not perfect, nor do I pretend to be. I am flawed in every sense of the word. I share my struggles and my “ah ha” moments.

Running for Family: Family is very important to me. I write about the many adventures that my children and I encounter each day.

Running for Fitness: I love all things fitness. Running is my go to exercise. You will find me sharing tips and tricks to help you on your fitness journey. I love encouraging and supporting other women (Mom’s) on their fitness journey! I also share my adventures juggling fitness with motherhood.

Love your blog! So happy to have found it. I love the same things! Working out makes me so happy-that’s what my husband tells me HA! I have run two half marathons and did one triathlon. Training right now for more races this year. Great to meet you. look forward to reading more posts :)

Hello Rachel, it’s so nice to meet you! I love running! But I have to go alone and before anyone else is up because I’m a weird dance-while-I-run runner. My husband keeps threatening to put me on YouTube, lol. I just started my fitness journey in January. I’ve just been making 1 small change every couple of days and it’s been great! I feel SO much stronger already. It’s way empowering. I’m really interested in your ideas for balancing fitness and family- I still haven’t quite figured that part out. Looking forward to getting to know you!

It’s so nice to “meet” you! I love everything you blog about, except… uh, running. But I do love exercise, does that count? We have three boys, too (and two girls), and they just light up my life. I’m so excited to read more of your posts!
