This post is coming a few days late, as I do my weekly weigh ins on Sunday morning during the hustle and bustle of getting ready for church. Life in our household has been CRAZY to say the least. My calendar is blowing up with activities, social engagements, sporting events, practices, appointments, and more!
Life is not slowing down anytime soon.
My nutrition this past week was not on par. I know that. I struggle with nutrition. I am a binge emotional eater. I get it. I need to NOT have those go to items in the house because my emotional triggers (my children) are always going to be around.
I was active and always moving this past week. I logged many miles, a 5 mile race, and even attempted the 100 push up challenge, 200 squat challenge, and 200 sit-up challenge. I am RE-starting the 100/200/200 challenge this week because I had wrist pain (which resulted in my not doing the push-ups).
My weight is pretty much the same as last week… and holding steady. The difference of 0.4 lbs this week. I guess you could count that as a loss!
I am not too terribly concerned. I know that my weight is just one way to measure the success of my journey.
My goals this week are to Focus on:
-
Nutrition
-
Proper Hydration each day
-
Continued Sweaty Movement
-
ME TIME (daily devotion, quiet time, #mefirst)
Have a fantastic, PRODUCTIVE, and ACTIVE week!

Thanks for being real and for being an inspiration
