In an attempt to help hold myself accountable with my FITNESS actions, I am sharing with you my sweaty activities from this past week.
Monday Cardio: 3.68 mile run
Monday’s Strength Circuit:
Push-Ups | 9 – 11 – 8 – 8 – 11 |
Squats | 19 – 19 – 13 – 13 – 20 |
Lunges | 20 – 20 – 20 – 20 – 20 |
Sit-Ups | 21 – 21 – 15 – 15 – 22 |
Tuesday: 5K for Jelly Bean Virtual Race
Wednesday: Nothing! Life was crazy busy!!
Thursday Cardio: 2 mile hike down the hill (packed T in the ERGO).
Thursday’s Strength Circuit:
Push-Ups | 10 – 12 – 9 – 9 – 13 |
Squats | 19 – 22 – 16 – 16 – 23 |
Lunges | 20 – 20 – 20 – 20 – 20 |
Sit-Ups | 21 – 24 – 18 – 18 – 26 |
Friday: 3.24 mile walk while pushing P&T in the double jogger
Saturday Cardio: 5.05 mile run
Saturday’s Strength Circuit:
Push-Ups | 12 – 13 – 10 – 10 – 15 |
Squats | 22 – 22 – 19 – 19 – 17 |
Lunges | 20 – 20 – 20 – 20 – 20 |
Sit-Ups | 24 – 25 – 21 – 25 – 30 |
