Cardio: 3.75 Mile Interval Training – Run

I decided to do a MotionTraxx interval training podcast. Great workout – but too short for my desired run. I ended up listening to the same podcast twice. Great program (FREE!) I need to do it again when it is cooler out ~ and more hydrated.

I was a day behind my challenge due to all the craziness going on in my house this past week – and me doing FitCheerleader’s Walk-n-Tone Mp3 strength workout on Friday.
