Cardio: 3.19 mile run (average 9.58 min/mile pace)
I ran at a comfortable pace. I felt like I was going slower than I actually was.
According to my Nike+ there were moments when I ran at about a 9 min/mile pace. Nice!
I think that when I incorporate strength into my fitness regimen I feel stronger/faster during my runs.
I did no strength workouts today… I feel tight almost everywhere in my body! Especially my buns and hamstrings! I look forward to working out to this DVD again!
