If you were stranded on a deserted island and were only able to take with you five foods, what would they be?
That is how I am approaching todays writing prompt for the fitness and healthy living bloggers writing challenge today.
I love to eat good food. I love to workout. I workout because I love to eat good food. See the cycle!? It is never ending.
My top five favorite foods that I cannot live without are:
- coffee – Yes. I was hesitant to list this one. But as a sleep deprived mama, this is my must have item each day. Granted, I do need my coffee creamer too!
- cheese
- pasta – I am Italian after all!
- bread
- chocolate chip cookies – Okay, NOT healthy… but one of my favorite guilty pleasures!
Are you sure I fit in the healthy living blogger community? Ha! Looking at my list above, it does not seem very healthy… but they are my favorite foods that make my taste buds and tummy happy.
