New week, new month, new plan! The first week of December and the last month of the year, I am struggling to hold on during this wild ride called the MERRY Holiday season. Life gets very busy in our household, days are long, boys are very wiggly, and Mommy is frazzled.
Having a plan for dinner helps keep the stress a little bit under control. I am less apt to have to run out in the middle of the day for a thrown together dinner, less take out (or delivery), and a calmer, less stressed Mama.
Here is my family’s dinner menu for the week:
Monday: Dinner date at a local dinner with the 3 boys
Tuesday: Crock-pot Pot Roast
Wednesday: Tacos
Thursday: Chili Frito Pie
Friday: Pizza Night!
Saturday: Cannelloni and spinach salad

Sunday: leftover day!
Monday: curried chicken, quinoa & steamed broccoli(SOOO GOOD!)
Tuesday: homemade personal pizzas on whole wheat flatbread
Wednesday: spaghetti w turkey & whole grain noodles
Thursday: grilled kabobs, squash/zucchini, rice or pasta
Friday: Christmas party! Boys at a friends.
Saturday: grilled chicken, quinoa, grilled veggies
