Cardio: 2.01 miles
Two seperate speed training miles for the #Shrinkvivor fitness challenge.
Today was a crazy BUSY day – no nap day for the boys (all three did NOT nap)! My evening went like this:
– dinner (6 PM ish)
– bath for the boys and evening routine
– nursed Tristen to sleep (7 PM)
– dressed and headed out for a HOT DARK speed road run
Mile 1: 8:45
Walked a few minutes to catch my breath and get my heartrate down. Noticed that there was no more light (and I live in a rural neighborhood with NO street lights). PLUS there are loads of deer that run around… and there have been numerous COUGAR sightings!! So… I sucked it up and ran back home for my 2nd speed run (hoping to improve my first mile time).
Mile 2: 8:45
I have realized that I am NOT a speedster… nor am I a short distance runner. I like taking my sweet time at a comfortable 3-4 RPE conversation running pace! 🙂

Push-Ups: 16-21-15-15-25

Biceps: 10-10-10-10-25
