Happy Monday! Man oh man, it has been a while since I shared my weekly goals for my training plan. Honestly, the past few weeks I have done little to no working out. Just being honest. I always found something else to do. I was busy. Yet, in the evenings when I did have time I chose to spend my time doing something else (not working out).
The boys and I are on Christmas break and we are trying to fit in as many Christmas memories and activities as we can. Mama is hoping to fit in some fitness (and possibly a few runs) this week. Below is what I have planned for my workouts this week. I am cautiously optimistic and hopeful that I will follow through.
Monday: 21 Day Fix – Total Body Fix + Run/Walk
Tuesday: 21 Day Fix – Upper Fix + Run/Walk
Wednesday: 21 Day Fix – Lower Fix + Run/Walk
Thursday: 21 Day Fix – Dirty Thirty + Run/Walk
Friday – Weekend: Family Time
I weighed in at my local Complete Nutrition this morning… even though I haven’t been recording my meals, working out, or taking any of the recommended supplements. I was nervous what the results would be.
My last in store weigh in was a month ago (11/25). My weight is the same: 155.5. However, I somehow increased my SMM (Skeletal Muscle Mass) 1.3 pounds and decreased my PBF (Perfect Body Fat) by 1%. I am so confused by what works, what to do, and what not to do. Apparently for me doing nothing… is working for me. Ha!
These next two weeks I don’t have much of an excuse on why I am not working out. I have spent years working out and running with my boys. These next few weeks should be no different. No more excuses. Time to get on it.
I need a little motivation to help me power through with my fitness plan. Do you? Feel free to join Fitness Cheerleader and I for #MotivateME Monday where we share our weekly goals, successes struggles.

The next two weeks are going to be hard for me b/c I was doing GREAT at boot camp, but it is on a 2 week hiatus until January 4th! I hate to lose the momentum ;(

If it doesn’t stop raining around here I will definitely need a little push of motivation!

It is a struggle for me to motivate myself when I’m not training for a race, and I have slacked the past couple of days. It looks like you’ve got a good plan for the week!

These next two weeks are going to be rough for sure. I’m off work, so I don’t have a set schedule. That gets me every time! Congrats on getting back to it!

That’s awesome that you dropped body fat and added muscle! Not easy to do! I’m loving the 21 day fix workouts too!!

This time of year is hard. There are so many other things going on. I plan to get in a few runs this week, and I did one body circuit class, but the other is going by the way side because I plan to spend the morning with my little guy instead. It’s the holidays and memories are way more important than sticking to a strict plan.
Just keep doing what you’re doing and be ready to get back on track when break is over.

I’m counting on short circuit workouts to keep my on track the next few weeks [and the past few]. Have you seen Autumn’s new workout? Hammer and Chisel or something like that.

The holidays can be tough because our schedule gets so out of whack. I plan to do what I can when I can and just maintain.
