This week is a totally new adventure for me! New month. New week. New routine. My boys (all of them!) are enrolled in our town’s summer school (camp) program. This means Mama has an empty house all week the month of June. Oh my! The possibilities are endless with what I can occupy my time with! I am excited to see how productive (or extremely lazy) I will be!
Each week I share with you my fitness plan (and previous week activity) to help keep me accountable. With the boys entertained with camp all day, I am hopeful that I can stick to my fitness (and nutrition) plan.
My fitness from last week:
Monday: 5.5 mile trail run
Tuesday: Worlds of Fun with friends
Wednesday: play date with friends
Thursday: DB BH BF: ABC1
Friday: 2.5 mile walk on the track
Saturday: 5.5 mile trail run
Sunday: 7.5 mile family (slow) bike ride
Last week was a busy family week… we hiked, biked, explored World’s of Fun, and played at the (lake) beach. Fitting in fitness between all the fun (active) activities was a challenge. I met my activity goal each week… even though the planned fitness activities were not completed. So… I am planning on pushing them back to this week.
I am falling behind on my Daily Burn Bob Harper Black Fire fitness program… but I am committed to finishing it. I am finding that I am am getting stronger and my endurance is growing. I need to focus on nutrition to really see the results I seek.
I am also re-starting my heart rate training plan using my Polar M400 and the polarpersonaltrainer.com training plan. I don’t have any races on the calendar, but opted for the half marathon training plan with the hopes that it will help me gain speed, workout on my aerobic endurance, as well as focus on heart rate training.
My fitness plan for this week:
Monday: DB BH BF: Power 10 + walk
Tuesday: DB BH BF: Strategic Endurance + 3 easy
Wednesday: DB BH BF: Body Weight Tabata + 3 easy
Thursday: DB BH BF: Sweet 16
Friday: DB BH BF: Weighted Tabata + 5 easy
Saturday: solo run?
Feel free to join me and many others for #MotivateME Monday to stay accountable and motivated with your fitness goal! Link up below!

Thanks for hosting the link up! I had to read the blog post a few times before I realized that DB BH BF: ABC1 was just an acronym!! I was convinced it was some “runner” speak I had never heard of before haha! All these gym endorphins are going to my head!
