As a mom of three busy, growing, always hungry boys… I try to do my best to feed them healthy whole foods. I find that when they eat real foods they are satisfied and less cranky. In fact, we all are less cranky when we eat good foods with a proper balance of protein, carbs and fat!
In addition to eating good for you whole foods, I do try to spice things up and treat the boys (and myself) to some yummy snacks. I am no foodie, so please bare with me. I was sent a box full of yummy goodies from #TeamPremier to share a fun recipe with #MyGoodEnergy . I have used and talked about this brand before. They asked me to share with you a recipe. I figured I would share with you a sweet treat!
Ya’ll know I love chocolate chip cookies. Although, today I am not sharing with you a healthy way to eat cookies (that would be awesome)… I am sharing with you a fun and quick recipe you can do with your kiddos.

My two younger boys were outside playing with their neighbor friends, so my oldest helped me make this treat. AND because he was a big helper, he got to enjoy a pudding treat.
There was two bowls left over for my husband and I to enjoy after the kiddos went to bed last night. A yummy sweet treat that isn’t too bad for you. Success.
This is a pretty basic pudding mix recipe, except I substituted the milk for the Vanilla Premier Protein® Shake. This great-tasting shake is packed with 30 grams of protein which provides you with the good energy you need.
The drinks are designed to fit an on-the-go, healthy lifestyle. These Premier Protein® Shakes come in 3 delicious flavors: Chocolate, Vanilla and Strawberries & Cream. They include all these amazing benefits:

That is a great idea. I’ve got two boys and they just want to snack all the time. It’s hard to come up with healthy snacks that aren’t from a box! It’s a work in progress for sure!

great idea! Can you use with the sugar free cook and serve pudding mix also, or just the instant?

Hi. I don’t see why not. I just used this in place of the ‘milk’ that the ingredients called for. 🙂

I tried this last week with fat free sugar free Jello Instant pudding. Was very good. Only 5 Smart points for entire pudding!
