A few months ago, I learned a trick to bulk hard boil my eggs. I baked my eggs in the oven. I was skeptical at first, but this super easy technique saves me time each week when I prepare my meals for the week.
I want to share with you how I make baked eggs. It is a no mess, no fuss way to simply make hard boiled eggs… without the boil.
Ingredients
- eggs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Place eggs in a muffin tin
- When oven is heated, bake eggs for 30 minutes.
- Remove eggs and submerge in ice cold water for 10 minutes.
- Peel.
- Enjoy.
I have baked my eggs multiple times over the past few months and they have turned out perfectly each time! This is a great way for this busy mom to have a healthy snack or breakfast ready during the week.
A quick tip would be to make sure you peel the shell after submerging them in ice water. The shells should peel easily without breaking the egg.
I know that I am always on the look out for healthy ways to get more protein in my diet… as well as a healthy snack. I love that I am able to quickly and easily grab an egg (or two) for that yummy snack while on the go.

I love doing this now! It is the only way I make deviled eggs anymore. Such a cool trick.

i’ve never made hard boiled eggs even though i like them because i thought they were too complicated to make. [lowers head in embarrassment] needless to say, i LOVE your idea! 🙂

Haha.. I agree. I found the boiling method very stressful (timing it and making sure it didn’t boil over)… but this is super simple and YUMMY!
