Happy handstand Friday! I will admit, my shoulders and delts are feeling the effects of the great crossfit workout from earlier this week. My handstand practice this week was not as easy as I had hoped. All the shrugging from the snatch has my neck feeling it still today.
But… because I committed to the handstand challenge for the year… I will continue photographing myself doing a handstand! I did my handstands outside of my gym yesterday morning, right after running my tempo treadmill workout. Hot sweaty mess. But I did it.
