Last week was a huge week for me as a blogger. I got to venture away from my computer to actually meet and socialize with other bloggers. It was an amazingly surreal experience for me. I not only met and ran with other fitness bloggers this past weekend, but the day before I flew out for the race… I met other local bloggers.
We met at a Francesca’s house in Sacramento. There we basically just had our own mock-baby shower and play date for our children. It was fun to chat with and get to know the other women who were attending the event. It was so out of my comfort zone to talk to other bloggers. Yet I found it refreshing!
We played fun baby shower games while using the white cloud diapers (that we were there to try (on our children), learn about, and promote).
The biggest hit of a game was guess the baby food in the diaper game. One woman dumped baby food in the diaper and it was up to us to try to figure out the correct label for that food.
Of course we enjoyed eating kid-friendly finger foods… or rather MY BOYS dove right in and made themselves right at home snacking away. I think they are always eating! What will my grocery bill be like when they are teenagers!? Yikes!
Besides the eating, socializing, and diaper games… it was pretty much a laid back gathering where we could meet each other while the kiddos played. And played they did. Hard.
I think the outdoor jump house was the biggest hit for my boys. Once that was set up (and the wind died down) they jumped till it was time to go home. They had the biggest kick throwing the balls out of the jump house … you know so the Mom’s could chase them in the wind and throw them back in. Kids.
Besides the amazingly fun play date, I learned some awesome information about White Cloud Diapers from Wal-Mart. First off, my three year old son who was 95% potty trained was SO excited about his new diapers that he has decided that he only wants to wear his new diapers. Great!
I guess you could say that they are kid approved! I will say that my experience of him wearing and using these diapers, I have been very pleased. When he does have an accident (mostly at night) they are ultra absorbent and it helps wick away moisture to help him sleep right through his accident. This makes him happy and mommy happy because we both get a full nights rest.
I have used the other cheap diaper that WalMart offers and have not been pleased with the results. However, the past few days of my son wearing the White Cloud Diaper brand has been successful. No leaks, no diaper rashes, and very affordable!

I had a great time meeting the local bloggers, their children, and my boys did too! I am hoping that my diaper changing days are coming to an end soon *fingers crossed*. But for the time being, White Cloud Diapers have been successful at keeping T-man dry at night… even when he wants to throw a massive tantrum about wearing big boy unders to bed… he gladly (after accepting defeat) grabs his new diaper for bed.

Looks like the kids had a lot of fun! We loved White Cloud diapers, but they stopped selling them near us. 🙁
