Happy Monday! This week’s motivation Monday image isn’t necessarily fitness motivation but rather to inspire and motivate you to keep going to reach your goals. If you fall down seven times… get up eight. Keep moving forward. If you have never failed, you have never tried anything new.
Sometimes the things that scare and challenge us the most… are the hardest… and will be the most rewarding when we see the results we have been working so hard for. Check out this list of famous failures. Imagine what our world would look like today if they gave up when the failed.
If you are struggling with your goals and feel like a failure… stop the negative self-talk. YOU ARE A WINNER. YOU ARE LOVED. YOU ARE SPECIAL. YOU ARE A ROCK STAR!! You can do this! God gave you this desire… this goal for a reason. Keep pushing towards your goal to make it happen!
Set backs happen… it is how we deal with those challenges that make us stronger. Keep moving forward. Don’t give up. Keep trying.
