Happy Friday, friends!!  I would like to kick start the weekend with a fitness inspiration who you are SURE to love and want to get to know!  My featured fitspiration is fellow FitFluential Ambassador, Hank Hannah from The Business of Losing Weight.

Tell me a little bit about your fitness journey

I am on a journey to lose around 110 pounds. I am one of those “been fat all my life” kind of people, but one day I woke up and knew that if I didn’t change that, I wouldn’t be around long enough to worry about it anymore. I decided that running my weight loss like I run a business would be the way to drive me to succeed. It has led me to challenge myself on a weekly basis to hit fitness goals and weight loss goals. I have lost 85 lbs in 39 weeks and I plan to keep going. I am running my first mud run, The Rugged Maniac, in March and I have been asked to run a 13.1 in November.

What is your fitness LOVE?

I really LOVE being able to buy clothes off the rack. Not a fitness LOVE per se, but absolutely fitness related. I also love being able to do things now that I was kept from doing because of my size in the past like surfing and kayaking and paddle boarding.

What is your ONE piece of fitness advice you find helpful to keep you motivated?

Find something in life that you are good at or are motivated by. Then figure out how to relate it to getting fit. It seems to me that if you can figure that out, you can overcome any challenge.
