Wordless Wednesday: My Little Fireman

There is something about emergency responders and little boys.  My boys love seeing firemen, firetrucks and all things save the day.  While in Missouri, my parents church held an event called Hopefest.  One of the activities the children could do was tour a fire truck, wear a uniform, pack their equipment and more.

The boys were in and out of the trucks, proudly wearing the firemen gear and asking all sorts of questions to the local fire staff.

I admit, my eyes get a little teary looking at this photo of my little (big) man dressed in this gear.  He has the potential to be a fireman when he grows up… and if he chooses that path one day, this will be one great photo to look back upon.
