I often get asked, “When do you find time to workout?” or “When is your favorite time to workout?” I must say, my honest answer is whenever and where ever I can find time to squeeze fitness in!
Although, my go to favorite time of day to workout is in the morning. I love knowing that I have accomplished something before lunch. The temperature is cooler and crisper. My children are better behaved. And I like starting my day off with a healthy cardio bang!
There are days that prevent me from working out in the morning. On those days I utilize working out with friends, doing a circuit at the park while the kids play, or take advantage of the gym’s classes.
Sometimes those afternoon sweat sessions are a must… even if it is just for 30 minutes of peace and quiet while the kids play contently in the kid zone so mama can get her head sewn back on straight while getting her endorphins kicking!
So, I prefer and favor working out in the morning… but will make and find time the rest of the day if I missed my morning workout.
