Welcome to another edition for FitSpiration Friday, where I feature a fitness inspiration from across the web.  This week I would like to introduce you to Lindsay.

Tell me a little bit about your fitness journey

I grew up being really active- I danced competitively, played rec soccer, and was a cheerleader. My junior year of high school I went through a period of disordered eating and then began to exercise purely as a way to burn calories and stay skinny. After getting out of that period and going to college, I started to love fitness more and more. I majored in Exercise Science and loved learning all about fitness and health. The past couple of years (after graduation) I have really come to love exercise and I try to learn as much as I can about it. My workout routine generally consists of running, interval training, lifting, and completing other forms of cardio!

My fitness love changes from time to time. Currently though, I cannot get enough of interval training. I absolutely love it!

What is your ONE piece of fitness advice you find helpful to keep you motivated?

Make fitness a part of who you are, and not just something that you do.
