Happy June 2nd! Can you believe it is already the first Saturday in June!? Where does the time go!? The boys and I enjoyed a hot fun afternoon at the lake/beach… and a fitness filled week full of sweat and fun!
What I did (fitness) last week:
Monday: 45 minute strength session (Challenger NTC app)
Tuesday: 5 mile speedwork run on the treadmill (polar HRM photo above)
Wednesday:4.6 mile run while pushing the double jogger & 45 minute NTC Strength Workout
Thursday: 1 mile treadmill & 1 hour pilates/yoga session
Friday: struggled through a HOT solo 5.33 mile run on the trail (supposed to do 8)
Saturday: active rest (headed to the lake/beach with the boys)
My Fitness PLAN for this coming week:
Monday: Run & Strength
Tuesday: 5 mile tempo run
Wednesday: 4 miles easy & Strength
Thursday: active rest or cross trail (lots of play with the boys)
Friday: 9 mile LSD run
Saturday: active rest or cross train
Sunday: 5 miles easy

I’m heading to a free yoga/pilates class tomorrow and I am super nervous! I’ve never done either in public. Other than that, I’ll be doing a bit of running this week.
