Burpee’s are my boys favorite fitness move… not because of the actual move but more for their name ;)

Burpees are NOT fun!!

I pinned and printed that workout calendar yesterday! I love the daily challenge and how it gets progressively more intense. I just hope I can do all those burpees =)
