Happy Fitness Inspiration Friday! Welcome to another edition of FitSpiration Friday where I introduce you to someone who I find to be a fitness inspiration. This week I am featuring my fellow FitFluential ambassador friend, Brittany.
Tell me a little about yourself.
I was always active in sports but never actually starting working out until my freshman year of high school. Once I did, I committed myself to 3 fitness classes a week. It was hard at first, but I kept going. I fell in love and my love for fitness continued on and expanded from there!
What is your favorite fitness activity?
I love almost any type of fitness, but my two favorite things are running and weight lifting. I can’t choose one!
What advice do you have to help keep you motivated?
I always tell myself how great I will feel after my workout. I will never regret a workout, but may regret missing one.
