I am totally guilty of doing exactly this: pouring over motivational quotes, images, and workouts and adding them to my allotted pinterest boards. Yet, if I were to get up off my fanny and actually do something about my desire to look like those toned woman…I would.
My challenge for you this week, each time you (or really this should be geared for me) find yourself checking email, browsing facebook, pinterest, twitter, etc… shake things up a bit.
Do squats and lunges while you pin.
For every tweet or retweet do a sit-up or plank for as long as you can.
For every like or comment on facebook do a push-up!!
You will either find yourself not spending so much time at the computer and living your life… and/or you will find that you are stronger than you think and will be well on your way to looking like all the toned women on your “Motivation Board.”

LOVE this post. I am guilty of the same thing (although I do find lots of inspiration and motivation from Pinterest).
I would also like to learn to COOK something that I find on Pinterest.

Ahhhhh – living life? It’s been something I’ve contemplated lately – all this online time… I LOVE my tribe & you all have helped me so much, but what about time with the nephews? In the garden? Finishing my sewing project? Sigh….
During football season I was in a rut and did sets during the commercials – I’m kinda counting it – but I think my wellness really does require some offline time breathing and taking in life….
