Motivation Monday: Even When You Don’t Feel Like It

Even when you don't feel like it... just do it!

Even when you don’t feel like working out, putting on your workout clothes and gear increases you desire to walk out the door.  I know that I find this to be true.  Once I am outside and running (or exercising) I do not regret working out.

What tips and tricks do you use to trick yourself into working out?

I promise myself a giant iced coffee from DD or something else awesome when I finish. It’s a great motivator!

Great advice!! I agree, that sometimes just getting dressed for my workout, pulling my things together .. definitely gets me more motivated to get moving.

I act as if ALL the time! I love trickery… 20 minutes… No sweat required… That’s a good one!

I pack my clothes and bring them to work then my workout buddies drag me away from my desk…
