We are over three weeks into the new year and many people have made the decision to make 2012 the best year ever. Leaving the past behind them and moving forward with their future goals.
If your healthy changes are new (like my eating breakfast, drinking more water, taking my multivitamin and this week’s focus of adding more fiber to my diet) you are probably at a point where you just want to give up. Don’t give up. Keep moving forward! You started this healthy living journey for a reason. You had the motivation, drive, and determination to start. Remember the reasons why you are on this journey, and take each goal one step at a time.
I haven’t really touched on many fitness goals lately because I have been down and out with a viscous chest infection and bruised ribs (from excessive coughing). However, I am finished with the excuses. I might not be able to run, I can walk. If I need to crawl to keep moving I will. I choose to never give up.
If running isn’t your thing, try walking. If walking isn’t your thing, try biking. If you are a strength person, keep lifting. The point is to never give up and to keep challenging yourself!
You can do it!! Keep moving forward.

Yes! Have you seen the YouTube video 23 1/2 hours? It’s about being active for just 30 min a day – I think you’d like it.

That is the key to keep moving… Was watching Center stage this morning about a ballerina and found myself doing dancing moves….. So much fun and your muscles get a workout….. Keep it up, you will succeed.
