I love to run with music. I love to run with rockin’ good music. I love to run with free music. If you are in search of a great music mix, you need to check out Rock My Run.
Rock My Run is focused on providing GREAT workout music for active people. It provides running and workout mixes, designed by popular, professional DJ’s that can increase the enjoyment and performance of a person’s workout or race.
Good music with a good beat helps me find my inner athlete to rock my run.
Did I mention that all their amazing rockin’ running mixes are free!! Yes, FREE! It is super easy to sign up, choose a mix and head out the door for a rockin’ good run!
Check out how simple it is to download a mix to your computer:
1. Choose your desired running mix and click on the button: Download Free
2. You will be directed to a new page where you need to begin the download process. Follow the onscreen prompts to begin your download to your computer. You need to right click on the link and choose save target as to begin the download.
3. Your running mix should be downloading to your computer. Once the mix is complete you are free to transfer the music from your computer to your music library (iTunes or other mp3 player).
4. Sync your device with your music library and head out for a rockin’ good run!!
The only NEGATIVE thing I have to say about Rock My Run is that if you do not like a song in the mix, you canNOT fast forward to the next song. The mixes are read like one long song. You either LOVE the WHOLE mix… or try to tune out the song(s) that don’t motivate you during your run. I have learned that there are a few mixes I LOVE the WHOLE mix… and others that I just haven’t been able to get into it.
For me, it is amazing how music can have an effect on my workout/run. A poor choice in a music mix results in a poor workout (or atleast the enjoyment factor).

Awesome! I don’t usually have music when I run, more for a safety issue of wanting to hear what’s going on around me. But I can always use music to crank up when I’m doing things around the house. Thanks for sharing!
