Welcome to another week! Fall has fallen and I couldn’t be happier. The windows are open, my boys and I are outside playing all.the.time, and the leaves are beginning to change. I love this time of year!
Last week I shared that I was going to cook an experiment, Black bean and pumpkin chili, and it was so yummy!! It is a perfect fall (crock pot) meal!!
Focusing on this week, I must admit, I am a control freak. I like knowing what is going on, with whom, where and for how long. I like to have order and a plan. For me, having a plan in place gives me peace. I don’t do change well, but I am learning to embrace life’s little curve balls.

Friday: SOLO run (5 miles?)
Saturday: Bike Ride w/3 little boys

Spiritual: Spend quality time each day reading my devotionals and God’s Word. Begin and stick with #hellomornings weekly devotional reading. Continue reading and studying Lysa Terkeurst’s book: More Than a Good Bible Study Girl. Possibly finish Having a Mary Heart in a Martha World book & study.
Physical: Re-paint finger and toe nails. At least once this week give myself an at home facial. SLEEP, WATER, and deep breathing to help keep the crankies away!
