Successes
I am finally recognizing my emotional triggers & its relationship to food.
I am working on my calm voice & had success!
I battled & overcame the I don’t wannas and DID IT.
Room for Improvement
The summer heat is here & I need to focus on hydrating better.
Treat food like fuel (it does not consume me).
Slow down and cherish the moment.
Goals
I am going to be starting C25k this week (for when I push the double jogger!!)
Create & establish a regular routine/schedule for summer.
Hydrate! Hydrate! Hydrate!
Move! Move! Move!
Strength (Nike Training Club) & Stretch!
Next Week’s Fitness Plan
Monday ~ Run & Nike Training Club
Tuesday ~ Run & Planks
Wednesday ~ Run/Walk & Nike Training Club
Thursday ~ Run/Walk & Planks
Friday ~ Run/Walk & Nike Training Club
Saturday ~ Planks
Sunday ~ Run & Planks
There is always room for flexibility in my fitness plan.
My run/walks will be me pushing the double jogger. I am going to be starting Couch to 5K this week. I can run 6+ miles nonstop BY MYSELF but struggle to run 2 miles on that same route while pushing the jogger. I am looking forward to this new challenge to do with my children.
What is on your fitness plate for this week?

Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate – I am only cheerleading with the main thing you need to work on! I have been doing my homemade electrolyte drink ahead of my workouts (filtered water, a bit of apple juice, and sea salt). I know you are going to rock out C25K with the double jogger… you STUD!

I only push a double on my walk/jogs, so I understand the difference. The weather finally turned here in Oregon also, and I am loving it. Can’t wait to hear how the C25K goes for you. I am looking for a good app or site for one to start myself.
Have a great week!

Yes, I find running with a jogger much more of a challenge. When pushing a jogger, I try not to concern myself with pace as it is much slower than usual. However, it is awesome strength training and I often find that I suddenly become much speedier when I do run without the jogger & my runs feel like a breeze! 🙂
