I have joined forces with a few of my favorite fitness bloggers to get planked and work my core! From May 16th through June 26th, I will be embarking upon a 6 week challenge that is open to everyone to strengthen and challenge my core by doing planks.
My Plank Partners:
My plank partners for the next 6 weeks are: Janice, Fitness Cheerleader and Steph, Fit Mom in Training.
My Goals and Personalized Plank Program:
It is my hope to not only strengthen my core, but also to lengthen the duration I can hold a plank (endurance).
I will be doing planks every day over the course of the next 6 weeks. I will be doing a total of 6 planks throughout the day. I will be doing a set of planks in the morning with 3 reps lasting as long as I can, and another set with 3 more reps in the evening.
