Last week was yet another crazy week. We had beautiful weather and we spent the majority of our day(s) outside being active. That resulted in less computer time and blog updates. No regrets, because I am proud to say that I stayed committed to my challenges and will be adding a few more to the mix. I enjoy and even thrive from having fitness challenges. These challenges help keep me motivated, inspired and well… challenged! Sometimes it is fun to add a bit of spice to mix things up in the regular fitness routine.
Current challenges:
#Dosomething everyday in May
Joggermom Marathon
100 Push-Ups Challenge
200 Squats Challenge
200 Sit-Ups Challenge
300 Lunges
New Challenges:
Choose PEACE
#fitblog planks challenge (goal is to increase time holding a plank)
10 day sugar free challenge starting June 1st (this one will be a doosey for me – and I am thankful to be doing this with a friend for support)
