Cardio: 3.63 Mile Run/Walk (in 44 minutes ~ average min/mile pace 12:11)

While pushing P&T in the double jogger

Strength: 100/200/200 & Biceps/Triceps (Week3 D1)

Push-Ups: 12-17-13-13-18

Sit-Ups: 21-27-21-21-60

Squats: 19-24-19-19-45

Biceps & Triceps: 10-10-10-10-25
