Easy delicious breakfast!!
1/4 cup butter or margarine
2 eggs
1/2 t. salt
2 cups milk
1 cup unsifted flour
Preheat oven to 400* (375* for glass pan).
In 1 1/2 qrt. shallow baking dish (11×7) or large ovenproof skillet, melt butter in oven (while it preheats).
In mixing bowl, beat eggs & salt.
Gradually beat in milk and flour, mix well.
Pour egg mixture into hot baking dish.
Bake 30-35 minutes

(This will puff up high in the oven, but falls when removed from the oven).

Serve with sour cream & preserves.

My family loves to eat this with jam and/or syrup!

So it’s like one big pancake that you cut up? I thought Swedish pancakes were more like French crepes; though I am more than happy to give this a try! Mmmm!
